Product Description
Betamethasone valerate powder is a medication effective in the treatment of skin conditions of the scalp, like psoriasis and seborrhea. Betamethasone reduces swelling (inflammation), itch, and redness. This drug is part of the corticosteroid class. As a medium-strength corticosteroid, this medicine is effective.

Manufacturing process:
It provides a new process route for synthesising betamethasone and series of its derivatives. As the original material, 1, 4, 9, 16-tetraene-pregna-3, 20-diketone is modified by 9, 11 bits, 16, 17 bits, and 21 bits in order to obtain betamethasone and the series products derived from it, for instance betamethasone acetate and betamethasone sodium phosphate. The process is advantageous in that the invention uses existing intermediates as the original material; there is a simple route; the material is readily available; expensive accessories are not needed; yield and cost are drastically better than in the past methods of synthesizing betamethasone; in addition, the use of existing intermediates enables combined production of dexamethasone and betamethasone products, thus decreasing manufacturing costs and industrial production conditions.
How to use:
A thin, even layer of betamethasone topical should be applied to the affected area of skin, then gently massaged in. You can apply the foam to your scalp by parting your hair, putting a tiny amount on the affected area, and gently rubbing it in
